Grief Support

The death of a significant person n one’s life can have lasting impacts. A piece of your life is missing and this may leave things in disarray.

It helps to talk about the person you've lost; expressing feelings about your loss and sharing the memories of a time you spent with your loved one. Talking about how your loved one died and sharing your feelings about how it all evolved can ease the process of grief. At some point you may notice that people are less available and your friends no longer ask about your well-being, or they completely stop talking about the person who has died. Or sometimes the death of a loved one can present challenges that seem to be more than you can bear. In these moments, the Pacific Crest Hospice bereavement team can assist.
